Taking a week with my baby girl. We drove to Annapolis to stay with cousin Wally and his son Jack and continued on to NC to see Justin, Katie, Kelley & Dean. Great having some one on one time with Lucy.

Mac Address Book to Google Contacts Sync

After switching from Address Book with MobileMe and Google Contact sync turned on to turning off MobileMe and just going with Google Contacts, I am now back to just using MobileMe without Google Contact syncing turned on. I have found that using Address Book with Google Contact Sync turned on causes duplicates and leaves url encoded characters in my company name as well as other fields. There seems to be much knowledge about this on the internet, but given how much time I have spent troubleshooting, I wanted to post it here.

Daddy: Alright, well the first session is 1:00 today.

Lucy: I will skate next year when I am 4.

Daddy: But Lucy all the other kids are starting this year.

Lucy: No, next year I will go.

Lucy: Do they have rest time at skating?

Daddy: No.

Lucy: Ok, let’s go skating.

Dad thinking: Since when do 3 year olds know that stuffed animals aren’t real?

Mom: Lucy, lie down or I will turn off the light.

Lucy: Just turn it off, I am not lying down.

Daddy: I didn’t do anything Lucy.

Lucy: What was that stuff?

Daddy: Oh that was washer fluid

Lucy: I can drink that

Mommy: No, you would get sick

Lucy: But what would happen?

Mommy: You would need to drink something to make you throw up.

Lucy: Drink what?

Mommy: It is called Charcoal.

Lucy: How long would I throw up for?

Mommy: Long time.

Lucy: But what is the stuff.

Mommy: It is called Charcoal.

Lucy: Because it has Charcoal in it?

Mommy: Yes.

Beds don’t have feet
